1. Acceptance of Terms
By engaging with our services, information products or goods, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please refrain from use.
2. Services Policy
DomAppli provides bespoke development, integration and support of AI devices for smart homes. Project scopes, deliverables and timelines are defined in each service agreement. Clients must supply necessary information and access to their systems. Failure to do so may require schedule adjustments or fees.
3. Information Products Policy
Our digital content includes tutorials, training modules and industry guides focused on AI solutions for smart homes. Access is granted via user credentials. Sharing login details is prohibited and may lead to suspension.
4. Goods Policy
Physical devices, sensors and modules sold by DomAppli meet industry standards. Shipping procedures and delivery estimates are provided at purchase. Customers must inspect items upon delivery and report any damage within 2 business days.
5. Refund and Rescheduling Policy
General Reimbursement Guidelines: Requests for reimbursement are processed within 14 days of approval and credited to the original method of payment. All reimbursement requests must reference the order or service agreement number.
5.1 Services
Clients may request to reschedule a project start date up to 7 days before the agreed date without penalty. Requests submitted after this period may incur additional fees or be deemed non-refundable due to resource allocation.
5.2 Information Products
A full reimbursement is available if a request is submitted within 14 days of access activation and no downloads or streaming have occurred. After activation and partial access, requests are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
5.3 Goods
Defective or damaged items may be replaced or reimbursed within 30 days of delivery. Customers must obtain a shipping authorization before sending the item. Original shipping costs are not reimbursed unless the item is confirmed defective.
5.4 Non-Refundable Services
Certain custom development and expedited prototyping services require significant upfront resource commitment. These services are explicitly non-refundable. This policy ensures allocation of specialist teams and procurement of custom components.
6. Fees and Payment
All fees are due as specified in your order or agreement. Accepted methods include major credit cards, debit cards and bank transfers. Late fees may apply for overdue balances.
7. Modifications to Terms
DomAppli reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time by posting updates on domappli.pro. Continued use after modifications implies acceptance.
